Country Program Management Division

Execute all phases FMS life-cycle case management. Evaluate and support foreign customer requests for Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for ammunitionand/or related requirements. Prepare and submit LOAs listing ammunition/TDP/APE Services with full range of support.

Control transfer of military technology, data, and equipment to foreign governments. Coordinate foreign national visits. Establish the HQ, JMC coproduction policy and execute coproduction programs. Serve as the U.S Government Project Office for assigned coproduction and licensed production programs. Provide technical assistance for coproduction efforts.
